Sinhá Moça (English: Little Missy) is a telenovel aired by the TV Channel Rede Globo and screened at 6 pm, between March 13 and October 13, 2006, in 185 chapters, replacing Alma Gêmea (Soulmate) and being replaced by O Profeta (The Prophet). It was the 67th "novel of the six" shown by the TV channel. A movie based on the novel was made in 1953, and two TV drama series were based on the novel, the first one airing in 1986 and the second one airing in 2006.
Written by Benedito Ruy Barbosa, inspired by the eponymous book by Maria Dezonne Pacheco Fernandes, it is a readaptation for television, and counted on the collaboration of authors Edmara Barbosa and Edilene Barbosa, directed by Marcelo Travesso and Luiz Antônio Pilar, with general direction of Rogério Gomes and core of Ricardo Waddington.
He counted as performances by Débora Falabella, Danton Mello, Osmar Prado, Pilar Patricia, Cris Vianna, Celso Frateschi, Milton Gonçalves and Zezé Motta.
