The fifth and final season of the American satirical superhero television series The Boys, the first series in the franchise based on the comic book series of the same name created by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson, was developed for television by Eric Kripke. The season was produced by Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios in association with Point Grey Pictures, Original Film, Kripke Enterprises, Kickstart Entertainment, and KFL Nightsky Productions.

The season stars Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Nathan Mitchell, Colby Minifie, Susan Heyward, Valorie Curry, Cameron Crovetti, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan, all returning from prior seasons, joined by Daveed Diggs. In the season, the world is dominated by Homelander, and Annie January has formed a resistance to Homelander while the rest of the team is scattered. Billy Butcher reappears and gathers The Boys to take down Homelander, ready to use a virus capable of wiping out all of the Supes of the world.

The world premiere occurred on March 19, 2026, at Cinema Moderno in Rome, Italy. The season premiered on the streaming service Amazon Prime Video on April 8, 2026, with its first two episodes. The remaining six episodes will be released weekly until May 20.
