Micah Aaron Parsons (born May 26, 1999) is an American professional football defensive end for the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League (NFL). Parsons played college football for the Penn State Nittany Lions, where he earned consensus All-American honors and was named Big Ten Linebacker of the Year as a sophomore in 2019.
Selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the first round of the 2021 NFL draft, Parsons was named Defensive Rookie of the Year and earned four Pro Bowl and three All-Pro selections during his four seasons with the team. After a contract holdout, he was traded to the Packers in 2025 and signed a four-year, $188 million deal, making him the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.
