The song was used in commercials for Kafeo canned coffee by Asahi Soft Drinks. "Forever Love" is Mizuki's last single released under Nippon Columbia. The single also marks the first release to credit Mizuki as Alisa Mizuki, rather than Arisa Mizuki.
