Lou Tepper (born September 7, 1945) is an American football coach and former player who most recently served as the defensive coordinator of the Buffalo Bulls. Previously, he was the head football coach at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (2006-2010), the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (1991–1996) and Edinboro University of Pennsylvania (2000–2005). He was the defensive coordinator at Louisiana State University from 1997 to 1999.
