The 2021 NBA draft is the 75th edition of the draft where National Basketball Association (NBA) teams take turns selecting amateur United States college basketball players and other eligible players, including international players. It is being held on July 29, 2021 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York and televised nationally by ESPN, while ABC will televise the first round only. This draft will be the first to be held in July since the inaugural 1947 draft that was conducted by the NBA's predecessor, the Basketball Association of America (BAA).
