Glan Williams (born Glanffrwd Owen Williams, 1 September 1911 in Pentrechwyth, Wales; died 9 June 1986 in London) was a British caricaturist.
Glan Williams was born on 1 September 1911, the first of five children of Thomas Howell Williams and Mary Ann Owens. In the 1930s, he worked as a political cartoonist for the Sunday and Daily Express. After the war, he worked in advertising and as a freelance cartoonist. After contributions to several publications, he worked on the staff of The Spectator from 1970 to 1976. Towards the end of his career, he drew caricatures of many British parliamentarians for The House, a magazine of the British House of Commons.
