Ankita Lokhande is an Indian actress who began her career in television with her breakthrough character in Balaji Telefilms's popular daily show Pavitra Rishta on Zee TV and won various awards for the same. She was one of the highest paid actresses of television industry until she retired from there in 2018. In 2019, Lokhande debuted her film career as brave warrior Jhalkaribai in the historical periodic movie Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi. She then appeared in Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment's 2020 moderately successful action thriller Baaghi 3.
